SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

  1. FREE SHIPPING for U.S. Domestic orders of $100 or more.
    This includes APO/FPO addresses.
  2. We ship world-wide.
  3. Unless otherwise specified we ship via USPS.
  4. Products are consolidated for multiple orders where possible.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: We ship as soon as we can following receipt of your order.
    Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

RETURNS

  1. We want you to be satisfied with the products your purchase from CraftTownFabrics.com
  2. All sales are final. We do not accept returns except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong product (i.e. our fault) or the product has been damaged in shipment.
  3. In the case of a product damaged in shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS.
  4. In the case of a product defect, shipping damage, or a mistake by us we will cover the return postage and replacement.
  5. Returning products must be unused, and returned in the original packaging.
  6. All product defects and/or errors must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipping date.
  7. Please email or call for authorization of a return. sales@CraftTownbFabrics.com.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  1. You are welcome to cancel your on-line order BEFORE it is shipped.
  2. If you need to cancel please do so immediately, as we ship within a few days following receipt of your order payment.
  3. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at sales@CraftTownbFabrics.com
  4. Include the date of your order, invoice number, product name(s) and total amount paid.
